People can consume different types milk products such as drinking-milk, yogurt, cheese etc to prevent risk of heart diseases.”

Rufil has entered into the food products business with an initial foray into dairy products segment. They have set up a state-of-the-art dairy processing facility with current milk handling capacity of about 50,000 Litres Per Day (LPD), with a scope to increase it to 100KLPD. Rufil has implemented stringent quality parameters and checks in the whole end-to-end process starting from procurement, to processing till delivery to ensure we deliver what we promise. Rufil has established a strong network of farmers for procuring best quality raw milk which is 100% un-adulterated, using specialised equipment, and a BMC model which keeps the milk very fresh.

One of the major strengths of Rufil is milk procurement (collection) system. Rufil has not hesitated in buying any machine or system that helps in making sure that every drop of milk collected at centre is free from adulteration. Every farmer who brings the milk to Rufil centre has to first get his milk sample tested on special testing machines and only if it is a clear sample their milk is taken into system. This is a daily process and with the help of technology Rufil constantly monitors the whole process online as well. So the milk that is collected is 100% safe and pure, right from the starting point.

The factory has been designed with the support of Swiss experts with dairy, electrical and mechanical background and this has helped in creating a state-of-the-art facility in Jaipur.
